During the Project Delivery phase, the project manager will assign relevant resources to each and every phase of the project.
The initial phase could be a pilot run or test, followed by the project execution delivery itself.
There will be Post Support/Testing after Implementation to ensure that the project is complete and operational as discussed during the initial phase of the project i.e. scoping.
Once this is done we will inform the client that we have successfully completed the project according to their requirements and our recommendations and leave the conversion open for any further enhancements or improvements that could be suggested.
