During the Initial Phase of the project there will be a meeting to discuss what is required of the project from a business performance perspective and on a technical level, as well as what technologies and resources is required to carry out the project.
We will give sounds and concrete recommendations on what we see is best for the client in terms of business performance and budgeting.
From here we will develop a timeline plan of what’s involved during each phase of the project, resources allocations, budgeting, tasks and deadline commitments.
We will then inform the client of our initial project plan and make any amendments or updates during the project life-cycle.
