Project Delivery

  • During the Project Delivery phase, the project manager will assign relevant resources to each and every phase of the project.
  • The initial phase could be a pilot run or test, followed by the project execution delivery itself.
  • There will be Post Support/Testing after Implementation to ensure that the project is complete and operational as discussed during the initial phase of the project i.e. scoping.
  • Once this is done we will inform the client that we have successfully completed the project according to their requirements and our recommendations and leave the conversion open for any further enhancements or improvements that could be suggested.

  • During the Project Management phase there will be detailed project budgeting allocation and updates to the client as well as allocation of resources and managing the resources in terms of time and budget.
  • Project Timeline Delivery will be another major aspect of project, managing the project to ensure each phase of the project has enough resources to complete the project on time. Any delay’s will be managed and communicated to the client with reason.

Project Scope

  • During the Initial Phase of the project there will be a meeting to discuss what is required of the project from a business performance perspective and on a technical level, as well as what technologies and resources is required to carry out the project.
  • We will give sounds and concrete recommendations on what we see is best for the client in terms of business performance and budgeting.
  • From here we will develop a timeline plan of what’s involved during each phase of the project, resources allocations, budgeting, tasks and deadline commitments.
  • We will then inform the client of our initial project plan and make any amendments or updates during the project life-cycle.
